We are looking for an HSE Manager responsible for defining, coordinating and deploying initiatives related to health, safety and the environment within an industrial site. In collaboration with various stakeholders in the organisation, they contribute to the development of a sustainable prevention culture, risk control and continuous improvement of practices.
Our client is a Swiss industrial company recognised for the rigour of its standards, the quality of its operations and its commitment to continuous improvement. As part of the development of its organisation, it is seeking an HSE Manager capable of sustainably supporting its teams and operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the Health, Safety and Environment approach within an industrial environment.
- Identify the main risks and coordinate the implementation of appropriate prevention measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal requirements regarding safety and health protection.
- Develop and maintain HSE standards, procedures and best practices.
- Raise awareness and support employees and operational managers in developing a safety culture.
- Monitor actions, audits and indicators related to HSE performance.
- Contribute to managing HSE situations and deploying continuous improvement actions.
Candidate Profile
- Specialised training in occupational safety, health or HSE.
- Proven experience in an HSE role within an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of occupational risk prevention and health protection issues.
- Experience in risk analysis, action monitoring and supporting operational teams.
- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication, awareness-raising and writing skills.
- Pragmatic, structured and field-oriented approach.
- Sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
