Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Lead and coordinate a small team of 2 to 3 employees
- Analyse construction plans and complete projects on time
- Plan workflows and material requirements together with site managers
- Organise and ensure just-in-time deliveries
- Communicate with project managers, architects and clients on site and answer technical questions
Requirements
- Qualification as a landscape gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a foreman in a landscaping company of at least 5 years
- Confident in reading construction plans
- Fluent German skills for smooth communication
- Technical understanding of site processes and requirements
