Construction Manager in Residential Building, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take over the construction management for medium to large residential building projects with condominiums and office buildings
• You will manage the construction sites on location, coordinate the involved specialist planners as well as companies, authorities and clients
• You will also be responsible for construction administration, cost estimation, tenders, price negotiations and awarding applications
• Regular and intensive contact with builders, architects, authorities and clients is also part of your demanding tasks
• Furthermore, you are responsible for cost monitoring, scheduling and ensuring execution quality
• Carrying out inspections, ensuring defect rectification, handover and final accounting complete your extremely interesting range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson, carpenter, bricklayer or an equivalent basic construction trade education (m/f/d)
• You have already gained professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland and are familiar with standards, laws and regulations
• Further training as a construction manager or construction technician is an advantage but not a requirement
• Do you consider yourself holistic in thinking, assertive and well organised?
