About the job

The OdA Health Zurich and OdA Social Professions Zurich, as cantonal vocational training associations, are responsible for vocational training development and promoting young talent in their respective sectors at the basic education and tertiary level B. In addition to inter-company courses (ÜK) in basic education, we offer professional pedagogical further training and specialist exchanges and provide advice on educational matters. In cooperation with the authorities and Examination Board 76 of the Canton of Zurich, we carry out tasks in the qualification procedure (QV) for basic education Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA.

We are looking for a

Chief Expert: Assistant in Health and Social Care (CPEX AGS)

starting 1 August 20271.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for implementing the AGS qualification procedure, creating or updating operational QV documents, and ensuring quality assurance.
• You conduct QV training and information events for examination candidates, company trainers, and AGS examination experts.
• You are the contact person for QV questions for examination candidates, training companies, AGS examination experts, and other bodies.
• You validate examination results and handle appeals according to cantonal guidelines.
• You perform interface functions (with other CPEX, the Secondary and Vocational Education Office, Examination Board 76, and the two OdA) at national and cantonal levels.
• You take on substitute duties for CPEX FaGe as needed during their absence.

You bring with you:

• A federal professional qualification in the health or social sector, preferably at tertiary level (higher vocational education or university).
• Further training as an examination expert and as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete the vocational trainer course during the induction phase.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least two years as an examination expert.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility to maintain official secrecy.
• Your reliability, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, as well as organisational and leadership skills, make working with different stakeholders enjoyable for you.
• You can identify with an annual working time model (greater workload in the first half of the year).
