Department:AUJUEntity:Regional Court of Montagnes and Val-de-RuzThe District Court is spread over three sites and consists of the following sections: conciliation chamber, civil court, child and adult protection authority (APEA), juvenile criminal court, police court, criminal court and coercive measures court.
The Regional Court of Montagnes and Val-de-Ruz is recruiting a 50% secretary position attached to the APEA and civil sections.
Activities:As part of your role, you will ensure the constitution and administrative processing of judicial files. You will draft correspondence as well as decisions, schedule hearings and write minutes of these (by dictation or on the fly).Finally, you will be the first point of contact to welcome and inform litigants, curators, lawyers or other administrative services at the counter as well as on the phone.
Desired profile:Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification, you have relevant experience for the position, ideally acquired in the judicial environment or within a law firm.Autonomous and organised, you are proactive and know how to take initiatives within the scope of your assigned responsibilities. You appreciate handling complex files requiring attention to detail.
You adapt quickly to new environments and integrate easily into a team. Stress-resistant and possessing an excellent sense of priorities, you know how to manage a heavy workload and multiple demands, while respecting urgency levels and deadlines.
This position requires a clean criminal record and debt collection record.
