Plastics Technologist (m/f/d)

We are looking for our client, a renowned company in the Thurgau (TG) region, for an immediate start or by arrangement, a motivated and reliable individual as a Plastics Technologist.

Your tasks:

• You set up, operate and monitor modern injection moulding machines as well as the associated peripheral equipment.
  
• You analyse and optimise ongoing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
  
• You carry out regular inspections of the produced parts and ensure compliance with all specifications.
  
• You undertake periodic maintenance and repair work on the production equipment.
  
• You quickly locate and resolve technical faults to minimise downtime.
  
• You specify and record all relevant process data and production results in the system documentation.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a Plastics Technologist EFZ.
  
• You bring solid practical experience in processing thermoplastics using the injection moulding process.
  
• You are characterised by a pronounced technical understanding and manual dexterity.
  
• You are fully prepared to perform your work in a 3-shift model.
  
• You work extremely carefully, maintain a high quality awareness and act conscientiously.
  
• You convince with your reliable, flexible manner and integrate well into a well-coordinated team.
