Your missions 🛠

• Participate in defining and implementing change management standards within a team of experts dedicated to change support
• Apply a structured methodology and guide change activities
• Ensure the continuous alignment of project sponsors you work with, and implement necessary actions if needed 
• Assess the impact of change on stakeholders, support them, engage them, obtain their commitment, act as a coach
• Support, organize, and initiate communication activities that help with change adoption and resistance reduction
• Define training plans with experts to facilitate change implementation, formalize requirements on the types of necessary training and required materials (in-person/remote, step-by-step, required documents, ...) and monitor implementation
• Resolve potential conflicts within or between teams
• Continuously improve existing strategies and processes
• Create performance measures and analyses to visualize change progress

Your profile 👀

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in change management (principles, methodologies, and tools)
• You have experience in change management within IT projects.
• You hold a certification in change management (CCMP, PROSCI, ...)
• You speak French and are comfortable in English
• You have a higher education degree (University, EPF, ...)

• You are able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, notably maintaining a climate of trust, listening to their needs, and responding as best as possible by adapting your speech according to the interlocutor
