In a technologically advanced production environment, you actively support the further development of manufacturing processes and, together with an interdisciplinary team, ensure the highest quality and efficiency.
- Technical support for CNC machining centres as well as systems for casting rework (including robots and image recognition systems)
- Participation in the commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and its continuous optimisation
- Supervision and support of external specialists in the technical field
- Development of tool concepts in cooperation with the tooling coordination
- Creation and maintenance of setup plans in the tool management system (Coscom)
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Involvement in interdisciplinary projects
- Further training in CNC programming
- Sound knowledge of ISO programming, ideally including macro programming
- Experience with Fanuc controls as well as robots from ABB and Fanuc
- Knowledge in the field of industrial image recognition is an advantage
- Logical, structured thinking and a solution-oriented working method
- Very good German skills, Italian and English are an advantage

Tasks

Profile
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic or equivalent- Further training in CNC programming
- Sound knowledge of ISO programming, ideally including macro programming
- Experience with Fanuc controls as well as robots from ABB and Fanuc
- Knowledge in the field of industrial image recognition is an advantage
- Logical, structured thinking and a solution-oriented working method
- Very good German skills, Italian and English are an advantage
