Your tasks:
- Managing the entrusted construction projects (costs / deadlines / quality on site)
- Preparation of specifications according to construction descriptions and plans
- Creation of the schedule for execution
- Leading and recording the weekly construction meetings
- Conducting construction inspections with contractors
- Monitoring contractors and their performance in terms of quality and quantity
- Conducting workshop inspections
- Checking planners’ and contractors’ invoices including entry into construction administration
- Leading and carrying out: commissioning, 2-year warranty work, defect rectification
- Review and control of contractors’ invoices including entry into construction administration
- Taking on further cross-functional tasks, e.g. in internal projects
Your profile:
- Technical education: e.g. as a civil engineer, technician or foreman with further training
- Knowledge of construction technology, building materials, standards and construction processes
- Knowledge of construction contract law: e.g. SIA standards, Swiss Code of Obligations, tendering law
- Familiar with SUVA guidelines and occupational safety
- Good German language skills
