Tasks
- Unterstützen, begleiten und beraten in allen Phasen des Bewerbungsprozesses
- Leiten von Lernsequenzen im Gruppensetting und durchführen von Workshops
- Fördern der Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung der Teilnehmenden
Skills
- Berufsabschluss oder Bildungsabschluss (mindestens Sekundarstufe II)
- Grosse Selbstständigkeit, Kundenorientierung und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gute IKT-Anwenderkenntnisse und sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

Der Drahtesel is a division of the Sinnovativ Foundation, which operates in vocational integration. With assessment, coaching, and educational offerings, we accompany people on their path to the primary labour market. Together with learners and participants, we run a restaurant, shops, workshops, take care of facility maintenance, gardens and green spaces, and manage extensive webshops. For the Vocational Integration programme - BIN, we are immediately seeking a Professional in Vocational Integration, 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Support, accompany and advise in all phases of the application process
- Lead learning sequences in group settings and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Competence- and solution-oriented coaching
- Promote the independence and personal responsibility of participants
- Case management and administrative tasks
- Participation in exchange meetings, intervisions, team workshops
Your Profile
- Professional or educational qualification (at least upper secondary level II)
- SVEB Certificate 1 Trainer 3 Conducting learning events (SVEB 1), required at the start of employment
- Proven professional experience in social or related fields (e.g. pedagogy, andragogy, team leadership, HR) of at least two years
- Experience in labour market integration is an advantage
- Ability to specifically promote rapid learning progress as a professional
- Affinity for meeting a wide variety of people with openness
- High degree of independence, customer orientation and strong sense of responsibility
- Good ICT user skills and very good organisational abilities
- Enjoy working in a lively, multicultural environment
