Trainer / Gardener / Florist with Agogic Responsibilities
Nursery - Horticulture - Floristry | Baldegg | 80% - 100% | from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompanying, supporting and challenging apprentices during their training in the fields of nursery production, horticulture and floristry (PrA, EBA, EFZ)
- Planning, organising and ensuring a high-quality training as well as integration measures
- Supporting employees from IV measures during their professional integration
- Practical participation in the daily work in the fields of nursery production, horticulture and floristry
- Close cooperation with the internal specialist management as well as with relatives, doctors, schools and internship companies
- Assisting in the further development of internal vocational training and teaching vocational knowledge
Your profile
- Completed training in the green sector (gardener or florist) with professional experience
- Further training as a trainer
- Further training in work agogics or interest in it
- Joy and interest in training and supporting people with disabilities
- Organisational flair and talent in working with various stakeholders
- Team-oriented, resilient, reliable and conscientious personality
- Good German and Microsoft 365 skills for administrative tasks
