Responsibilities
- Welcoming, advising and looking after guests
- Supporting operational business, active participation in the restaurant
- Shift planning and independent shift management
- Conducting annual reviews
- Restaurant ordering, inventory, processing invoices
- Supporting the Store Manager in operational matters
- Participation in management and manager meetings
- Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy
- Good German skills, additional languages advantageous
- Leadership experience, service- and customer-oriented
- Positive demeanour, friendly and motivated
- Team player, good organisational skills
- Flexible with time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
- Strong affinity for fresh and high-quality products
