Operations Manager (m/f/d) 100%

• Leadership and development of managers and employees (5 direct, approx. 75 indirect) in the areas of beverage preparation, bottling, and quality assurance
• Ensuring a smooth production process to fulfill customer orders while considering quality, quantity, and time requirements
• Ensuring the economical use of raw, auxiliary, and operating materials
• Further development of the operation with a focus on productivity and quality improvements
• Increasing competitiveness by optimizing technical standards and processes along the value chain in accordance with Lean principles around the RAMSEIER Production System (RPS)
• Participation in replacement and new investments as well as testing new methods and technologies for their possible use
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations on occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire safety
• Representing the interests of the operation and the entire company towards internal and external stakeholders

• Completed higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in the fields of food technology, business administration, or technical sciences or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in operational management in an industrial environment; ideally with reference to the food industry
• Empathetic, positive-thinking leader with pronounced social skills, high self-motivation, and strong drive; down-to-earth and respectful
• Excellent ability to think networked, combined with comprehensive foresight and practical implementation skills
