- Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance measures for production equipment.
- Organise annual maintenance in close coordination with production.
- Procure, request, and reorder spare parts within the specified budget.
- Support the procurement process for new equipment and technical investments.
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers for planned and unplanned maintenance work.
- Perform incoming goods inspections and analyse spare parts.
- Participate in technical and organisational projects for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and monitor safety standards of external service providers.
- Completed technical training.
- Experience with machine components and spare parts management.
- Experience in administrative tasks within maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and supplier management.
- Experience in collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong communication skills and appropriate communication at different levels.
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style combined with high team spirit.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (mandatory). English skills are an advantage.
