Team Leader Process Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead a team of over 15 employees in shift work - both professionally and disciplinarily - and develop apprentices as plant operators EFZ and plastics technologists EFZ

• You coordinate the team deployment in close coordination with the production planner

• You guarantee top product quality and reliably meet all quality and deadline requirements

• You continuously advance workflows and processes - Lean and Kaizen are lived practices for you

• You coordinate fault rectifications confidently with the specialist departments

• In exciting projects, you bring production to the next level

• In the absence of the production manager, you take over the representation

What do I need to be successful?

• Further training as an industrial foreman, process technician HF or comparable

• Several years of experience in production, ideally plastics/process engineering

• Leadership strength and organisational talent - proven, not just on paper

• Very good German language skills

• Independent, committed, team-oriented - and ready to get stuck in

• You are passionate about leading, challenging and advancing your team
