• Support the kitchen team with the daily mise en place
• Assist in the preparation and processing of high-quality products
• Support with simple preparations according to the kitchen team’s instructions
• Insight into the operations of a fine-dining restaurant during preparation and service
• Careful work according to internal quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support in maintaining order, cleanliness, and organisation of your own work area
• Assist with goods inspections, storage tasks, and simple administrative duties in the kitchen
• Active learning in daily work and gradual assumption of tasks according to training level

• Current studies at a hotel management school recognised by LGAV
• Looking for a 6-month internship in the kitchen area
• Interest in alpine cuisine, fine dining, and high-quality culinary craftsmanship
• First practical experience in the kitchen or gastronomy is an advantage
• Enjoy learning and a precise, clean working style
• Reliable, motivated, and resilient personality
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to actively engage in daily kitchen work
• Good German or English skills
• Willingness to take responsibility within the internship in a demanding culinary environment
