• In the shop you advise and serve our customers, equip them for their next mountain adventure and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• You will take care of ordering, presenting and managing the goods.
• You will learn to accept and process repair and service orders and to communicate in a customer-oriented manner in difficult situations.
• You will work closely with other departments of the company and ensure a smooth flow of information across all channels.
• You will inform yourself about products, services and current industry trends and integrate your findings into daily work.

• You enjoy working with people, you are sociable and outgoing.
• A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently are among your strengths. However, you also enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in mountain sports or enjoy practising them.
• The school requirements for the three-year apprenticeship to become a retail specialist are a good school-leaving certificate, a good knowledge of Italian and a good knowledge of another foreign language, preferably English or German.
