Your Role
- Handling inquiries in 2nd-level support to ensure smooth application operation.
- Supporting 1st-level support and actively participating in the continuous optimization of support processes.
- Analyzing customer requirements as well as specifying and implementing suitable solutions.
- Communication and coordination as an interface between internal departments and our customers.
- Close collaboration with software development and product management for successful project implementation.
- Parameterization and configuration of the software according to customer requirements.
- Documentation and presentation of complex issues in an understandable form as well as conducting customer training.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, degree, or comparable qualification in the field of computer science.
- Ideally, solid knowledge in application or service management.
- Practical experience in resident administration or the energy sector is an advantage.
- High IT affinity as well as good understanding of processes and technical contexts.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills combined with enjoyment of working with customers and the team.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
- Resilient, independent, and reliable personality with a solution-oriented and precise working style.
