The daily mise en place at the stations and the associated preparation of the dishes according to the instructions of the head chef. Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Profile:
- Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cuisine and an eye for detail.
- Experience in a café, bistro, or similar environment is an advantage.
- You are resilient, motivated, and enjoy your work in an international environment.
- You are young, athletic, have a neat appearance, and possess foreign language skills in German and English.
Accommodation in our staff house with meals is provided, as well as appropriate remuneration.
