Customer Advisor Early Collection

Work location: Zurich region & remote work, part-time from 80% possible

In this role, you will be in telephone contact with our private and corporate customers, where sensitivity, reliability and risk awareness come together. Together with your team, you will find viable solutions, secure payment terms and make an important contribution to balancing customer proximity, risk control and business success.

YOUR TASKS

• You will carefully process assigned accounts with the aim of recognising and reducing potential loss risks at an early stage.
• In direct customer contact, you will agree suitable payment terms and ensure their compliance reliably.
• You will carefully check indications of payment difficulties or increased risks and initiate the appropriate next steps.
• You will block or unblock credit cards based on the situation and your professional assessment.
• For debt collection-specific enquiries, you will seek clear, fair and binding solutions for all parties involved.
• You will actively contribute ideas to improve processes and support cross-team collaboration if needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in credit or debt collection, customer service or contact centre will help you to make an impact quickly.
• A commercial basic education or a comparable qualification provides a good foundation for this role.
• You conduct customer conversations in a communicative, solution-oriented and structured manner.
• You are proficient in German, English and French; Italian is an additional plus.
• You work confidently with common office programmes and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.
