This is where you will be involved
- as the central contact person for supervisors and employees of two to three departments
- actively supporting managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle; focus on recruitment, support and conflict discussions, advice on labour law issues
- managing and handling common administrative personnel processes
- supporting absence management (of the assigned departments) in collaboration with the line and insurance companies
- actively assisting in the further development and professionalisation of our HR services and projects
You
- hold a qualification as an HR specialist or other further training in the HR field (FH, CAS, DAS)
- have solid knowledge of Swiss labour law (public law advantageous)
- have at least 6 years of experience in a comparable role (focus on support discussions including case management)
- have industry experience in healthcare, preferably
- possess high dynamism and service orientation with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach
- have excellent communication skills and confident German language skills
- have very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as PEP and NAV
