Tasks

Independent problem solving by taking over the customer screen
Forwarding tickets that cannot be resolved to the responsible specialist department
On-site support and advice to customers regarding software and hardware issues
Installation of hardware and commissioning in the network as well as performing simple repairs during daily operations
Participation in migration and rollout projects

Completed IT apprenticeship
Very good knowledge of Windows, MS Office as well as iOS and Android smartphones
Good German skills in spoken and written form; second national language spoken is desirable
Driving licence
Willingness to work on-call duty and at fringe hours
