For our client, an internationally successful company in the field of professional coffee systems, we are looking for an independent and customer-oriented personality as Service Technician Central Switzerland (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will be deployed directly on site with customers and ensure the reliable operation of modern coffee machines with your technical know-how.

Service Technician Central Switzerland (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Carrying out assembly, maintenance and repair work on professional coffee machines
• Analysing and resolving technical faults directly at the customer
• Ensuring the flawless function and quality of the systems
• Carrying out new installations as well as deinstallations
• Independent planning and organisation of daily service deployments
• Proper documentation and reporting of the work performed
• Competent and friendly customer care on site
• Taking on on-call duties according to deployment planning

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician, electromechanic, polymechanic or comparable training
• Professional experience as a service technician is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of independent fault finding
• Good IT skills in MS Office and Outlook, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Customer-oriented and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Residence in Central Switzerland
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness for on-call duty
