Polymechanic – CNC Production for Large Parts (Turning)
Tasks
- Set up, programme and operate centre and carousel lathes with Fanuc control
- Process forged large parts as single items and small series according to drawings
- Prepare machines, clamp workpieces and monitor ongoing plant operation
- Carry out quality controls, document results and correctly label components
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in machining as well as knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens
- Willingness to work in two shifts and good German language skills
- Independent, precise and reliable working style with a high quality awareness
