As Head of the SAP Competence Centre, you take on a central leadership role in BVB IT. You are responsible for our business-critical SAP landscape and actively shape its further development. Together with your team, you ensure that SAP runs stably, projects are reliably implemented, and our departments receive real added value.

• You lead and develop our six-member SAP CC team both professionally and personally. In doing so, you create orientation, clear priorities, and reliable collaboration.
• You are part of the IT management team, advise our departments on an equal footing, and consistently develop SAP along the lines of business benefit.
• You manage SAP services, projects, changes, and external partners, ensuring quality, costs, risks, and sustainable knowledge transfer.
• You are responsible for implementing our SAP Operating Model as well as the SAP strategy and transformation roadmap, contributing your own impulses.
• You shape the further development of our SAP landscape with a focus on S/4HANA, architecture, integration, and sustainable standards.

• Completed studies (at least Bachelor’s) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field, as well as several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally in a leadership or cross-functional controlling role.
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing people, shaping change, and achieving impact together.
• Experience in managing SAP services, projects, changes, and delivery.
• Good understanding of S/4HANA, architecture, integration, and sustainable SAP standards.
• You communicate clearly, act reliably, and move confidently between IT, departments, and management. You think entrepreneurially, set priorities, and bring different interests together.
