Do you want to sustainably develop the quality and effectiveness of consulting services and create real added value with sound analyses? In this versatile role, you actively shape the establishment and further development of an integrated quality management system. With your analytical thinking, quality understanding, and consulting expertise, you contribute to continuously strengthening the quality of services and making their impact visible.

Your tasks

  • You build an integrated quality assurance system for consulting and implementation and continuously develop it further.
  • You develop a quality management concept with clear quality objectives, standards, and key figures.
  • You develop, implement, and optimise instruments for quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • You plan and conduct monitoring, evaluation, and quality reviews and ensure the effectiveness and quality of the services.
  • You collect, analyse, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data focusing on the impact and influencing factors of the consulting.
  • You create meaningful and target-group-appropriate reports for managers and specialists responsible.
  • You identify fields of action and initiate improvement measures or accompany their implementation.
  • You advise and support specialists and managers on quality issues as well as on the application of instruments and methods.
  • You continuously develop the quality system, the methods used, and quality-relevant processes.

    • Your competencies

    • You have a university degree in Social Work, Public Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
    • Ideally, you have further training in quality management and/or in the field of evaluation.
    • You bring experience in quality management as well as in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the public or social sector.
    • You have sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
    • Ideally, you have experience in building or further developing quality systems.
    • You are characterised by strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
    • You convince with your communication skills, consulting competence, and confident appearance.
    • You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and know how to engage different stakeholders in quality and impact issues.
