About the job
Do you excel when advising customers and building long-term relationships? Do you know how to ensure smooth processes? We are looking for a new colleague who will take on the following core tasks:
Competent advice and support for our customers in all private credit matters
Developing solutions tailored to the customers' wishes
Identifying sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential
The opportunity to use your sales flair for our first-class product range
Thorough review of credit applications together with internal departments
Conducting outbound campaigns
Various administrative tasks such as recording and checking customer data

What we expect
Bank apprenticeship or commercial diploma with comparable additional training
Initial to several years of professional experience in consulting
Knowledge of credit and/or leasing business is an advantage
High flexibility as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
Enjoyment and openness for customer acquisition
Independent, precise work and the ability to set priorities
Confident German as well as good spoken French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
