- Identifying individual customer needs and assisting in the selection of suitable products
- Creating, processing, and following up on quotations
- Handling administrative sales processes and preparing the necessary documents for collection, delivery, and returns
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods as well as verifying the associated delivery documents
- Picking and preparing ordered products
- Supporting and assisting customers during goods collection
- Ensuring professional customer service and smooth daily operations
- Close collaboration with the team and support in general operational tasks
- Training in the sanitary sector or comparable practical experience is an advantage
- Professional experience in a technical environment, especially in service, repair, or spare parts, is desirable
- Enjoyment of personal customer advice and sales
- Technical understanding and interest in products requiring explanation
- Strong customer orientation as well as a motivated and solution-oriented working style
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good user skills in handling digital tools and common IT systems
