Polymechanic - Maintenance with a Focus on Mechanics and Hydraulics

• Independently perform and report mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair work on systems
• Analyse and resolve malfunctions in production systems and infrastructure
• Assemble, disassemble, and repair operational equipment
• Contribute to the setup, testing, and calibration of new systems in collaboration with production
• Instruct and support employees in simple troubleshooting and maintenance tasks

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
• At least three years of experience as an operational, maintenance, or service mechanic
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Flexibility and resilience as well as a strong ability to solve technical problems
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts and rotating on-call duties,

• Short decision-making paths and a collegial, open working environment
