Property Manager Condominium Ownership (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced and professionally competent individual as a Senior Property Manager specialising in condominium ownership for an established company in property management.
Our client is a professionally organised real estate company with a diverse portfolio and personal care of ownership groups. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a specialist who independently manages demanding condominium owner communities and ensures high-quality property management.
Responsibilities:
Independent and comprehensive management of a demanding portfolio of condominium owner communities
Support and advice for condominium owners as well as first point of contact for all management issues
Preparation, organisation and conduct of condominium owners' meetings
Preparation of meeting documents, budgets, annual accounts and minutes
Implementation and monitoring of resolutions from condominium owners' meetings
Support in the further development and optimisation of management processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ with federal specialist certificate in property management
Several years of professional experience in independent management of condominium ownership in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss condominium ownership and tenancy law
Very good user skills in property management software and MS Office
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
