• Technical basic training with further education (e.g. Technician HF)
• Several years of experience in work preparation or production
• Sound knowledge in rail vehicle construction or plant engineering
• Strong understanding of production processes and bills of materials
• Confident handling of PLM and ERP systems
• Structured, independent working style as well as high personal responsibility
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Creation and maintenance of work folders including documents, time cards and required materials
• Definition and creation of work instructions and assembly process plans
• Setup and maintenance of work packages in the PLM system (e.g. Teamcenter)
• Conversion of E-BOM to M-BOM as well as maintenance of bills of materials
• Provision and bundling of all relevant technical documents and certificates
• Definition of material packages and triggering of material requests for purchasing
• Ensuring complete production documents (what and how is manufactured)
• Coordination with PPS and scheduling to ensure production readiness

• Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription
• Health promotion: subsidy for fitness subscription and fruit baskets
• Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options)
