Metalworker for Technical Maintenance with a Focus on Building Technology
Tasks
- Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of lifts, gates, loading and docking systems as well as HVAC infrastructures
- Ensuring uninterrupted and safe operation by analysing and eliminating technical faults
- Planning, organising and implementing technical improvements and optimisations
- Supporting new installations and commissioning of technical systems
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a metalworker or equivalent technical training
- Several years of experience in building technology, maintenance or technical support, ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in the role
- Independent, responsible and reliable working style
- Strong resilience and team orientation
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and interest in professional development
