About the job
We are looking for prospective Registered Nurses HF. The training starts in March and September each year. During this three-year training, you will learn the diverse tasks of a dipl. Registered Nurse HF through theoretical blocks at the Higher Technical School of Nursing at the Vocational Training Centre Schaffhausen and practical work in the hospitals of Schaffhausen. We offer specialisations in caring for people with somatic, psychological, and chronic illnesses. The application process includes a three-day internship as well as an interview with the Head of Nursing Education and the Head of the Training & Transfer Learning Area. What Awaits You
- Optimal care and support of patients from the admission interview to discharge planning
- Support during illness and crisis times or at the end of life
- Active participation in ward rounds including contributing your own observations on the health status of patients
- Advice and information for patients and their relatives
What You Bring to Us
- Completed three- or four-year vocational training with EFZ, completed specialised middle school or Matura
- Successfully completed "Multicheck® Competence Analysis Health HF"
- Attendance at the mandatory HF Nursing information evening at BBZ Schaffhausen
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
