What is my role?

• You operate and monitor modern mixing plants to produce high-quality products

• You weigh raw materials precisely and add them to the mixing machines according to the recipe

• You check the quality of the mixtures and document the production data

• You clean and maintain the mixing plants as well as the work area

• You work closely with your colleagues from production

• You ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

What do I need to be successful?

• Ideally, you have completed training in a commercial-technical field or have professional experience in production

• You are reliable, careful, and enjoy working in a team

• You have a good technical understanding and manual skills

• You are physically resilient and do not shy away from shift work

• You work conscientiously and follow work instructions
