- The External Relations and Communication department, under the responsibility of the Chancellery service, is tasked with managing and coordinating the institutional communication of the State, ensuring the consistency of messages, the image, and the reputation of the Canton.
Integrated within the institutional communication team, you coordinate the social media strategy of the State of Neuchâtel and ensure the consistency, quality, and relevance of the content disseminated.
You manage the official social media accounts of the State and design, produce, and adapt multimedia content (videos, photos, graphic visuals, motion design) in accordance with the editorial line and defined strategy. Your expertise also allows you to create, configure, and monitor digital campaigns from A to Z; you analyse their performance and propose adjustments if necessary.
Thanks to your professional experience, you are also comfortable with communication and drafting institutional messages. Your interpersonal skills and natural sense of communication can be utilised across all services of the External Relations and Communication unit.
In liaison with the departments and services of the cantonal administration, you understand needs, provide advice, and build trusting relationships.
You hold a HES or university bachelor’s degree in digital communication, digital marketing, design, multimedia, or an equivalent qualification, and have several years of experience in digital communication, social media, and content creation.
Creative, curious, and proactive, you also work with rigour. You listen to needs, are autonomous while appreciating teamwork. Your organisational skills allow you to manage several projects while respecting deadlines. You master graphic and audiovisual creation tools and have excellent writing skills in French.
