ICT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support customers with IT and software queries by phone, remotely and on site
Install, configure and implement industry software for customers
Conduct user training and explain software functions clearly
Independently analyse technical problems and resolve them in a solution-oriented manner
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training, ideally supplemented by relevant further education
Very good PC skills as well as strong IT and software affinity
Experience in customer training or sales as well as understanding of industry-specific processes
Independent, communicative and team-oriented working style; driving licence category B
