Are you a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain professional with a talent for contract negotiation and supplier management?
We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who excels at the intersection of supply chain management and legal strategy. You will be a key player in negotiating critical contracts, mitigating legal risks, and leading the resolution of complex supplier issues.
How you’ll make an impact

Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to secure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials. You will lead the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, from robust negotiation of legal and commercial terms to managing renewals and terminations

Legal & Risk Mitigation: Collaborate closely with our legal department to draft, review, and finalize complex supply agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring all contracts include clear terms for compliance, performance, and risk management

Supplier Relationship & Escalation Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for disputes and lead the formal supplier escalation process, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues to minimize business impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Procurement, Planning, Sales, and Product Management, to ensure our supply chain activities are perfectly aligned with business goals

Performance & Compliance: Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics (e.g., material availability, inventory levels, supplier ratings). Ensure adherence to all internal guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant industry standards
Your background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management or sourcing role

Proven, hands-on experience in leading contract negotiations and managing legal aspects of supplier relationships is essential

Strong legal acumen with the ability to understand and interpret complex contract language

Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Experience in supplier management, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

You are a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance. You are a clear communicator and thrive in a collaborative environment
