About the job
Your Tasks
- You ensure the agogically oriented support, promotion and care of adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviour
- You promote, activate and accompany our users specifically according to their individual abilities
- You support the users in leading as self-determined and good a life as possible
- You maintain client documentation
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a Care Specialist, Child Care Specialist, Health Specialist, Elderly Care Nurse, Certified Disability Care Worker or Curative Education Nurse
- You hold a certificate as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing the further training
- You preferably have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
- You are a team player and work resource-oriented
- You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
- Irregular working hours are a matter of course for you
