We are looking for you as:Service Owner Business Applications (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the end-to-end service "Business Applications" (Build & Run)
- Analysis and prioritization of requirements from the departments
- Consulting and sparring for business and IT stakeholders – you speak both languages
- Coordination of internal and external partners for solution finding and implementation
- Support and further development of interfaces to surrounding systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce, POS, logistics)
- Preparation of decision-making bases for management
- Ensuring smooth operation (incident, problem, and change management)
- Support in release planning and continuous development
- Promotion of digitization by identifying and implementing optimization potentials (automation and AI)
- Moderation of workshops and active building of stakeholder relationships
- Participation in our strategic initiative to use AI technologies based on the Power Platform to increase the efficiency of our business applications
Your profile:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable education
- Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in a coordinating or project-supporting role in the IT/business environment
- Interest in business applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or comparable ERP/CRM systems) and ideally already experience with them.
- Ideally, you also have experience with the Abacus Umantis HR suite
- Understanding of business processes and their mapping in IT systems
- Basic understanding of IT architectures and interfaces
- Very good German skills, good English skills
