- Ensuring smooth operational processes through proactive capacity, scheduling and deployment planning
- Active further development of electrical manufacturing by optimising organisational structures and production processes
- Introduction and further development of modern, digitally supported manufacturing concepts to increase efficiency
- Professional experience in an industrial production or assembly environment as well as corresponding leadership experience
- Experience in the further development and optimisation of production processes, organisational structures and manufacturing workflows
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and digital applications in an industrial production environment
- Strong leadership and implementation skills as well as clear and binding communication
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Profile
- Completed basic training as an Electronics Technician EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ, Automation Assembler EFZ, Electrical Installer EFZ or a comparable electrical engineering education with corresponding technical further training at HF / FH level or a comparable qualification- Professional experience in an industrial production or assembly environment as well as corresponding leadership experience
- Experience in the further development and optimisation of production processes, organisational structures and manufacturing workflows
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and digital applications in an industrial production environment
- Strong leadership and implementation skills as well as clear and binding communication
