Role:

Our partner is a successful, internationally oriented Swiss company. In this strategically and operationally central key position, you will take on the professional and personnel leadership of the controlling team and be responsible for the transparent profit and loss accounting of all domestic and foreign companies as well as the entire group. For this demanding environment, we are looking for a strong leadership, analytical personality with solid SAP expertise.

Responsibilities:

• In your central leadership role, you take on the personnel and professional development of your four-member team as well as overall responsibility for the group profit and loss accounting.

• You are responsible for calculation, overhead cost controlling, and correct value flows within SAP FI/CO/CO-PA.

• You ensure consistent reconciliation between profit and loss accounting and financial accounting.

• The preparation of budgets, rolling forecasts, and meaningful standard and ad hoc analyses is in your hands.

• As project manager, you drive the continuous digitalisation and further development of controlling systems.

Qualifications:

• Solid business administration education (FH/Uni/HF) or a comparable higher qualification in finance/controlling.

• Several years of professional experience in controlling - ideally in an international environment - combined with initial leadership experience.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as proficient practical experience in SAP FI/CO/CO-PA.

• Fluent German and good language skills in French and English, both spoken and written.

• An exact, structured way of working, high responsibility and discretion.
