About us

Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa is a mountain retreat located in the heart of Valle di Blenio, Ticino, offering authentic Swiss hospitality surrounded by nature. With 16 rooms, dormitories, a restaurant and bar “Il Ritrovo,” a wellness area, and multipurpose event spaces, the lodge welcomes guests from all over Europe, from sports teams to families and corporate groups.

Role overview

We are looking for aLodge Managerto oversee daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth coordination of all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).

The ideal candidate combines ahands-on approachwith strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is motivated to contribute to thecontinued growth of a sustainable mountain hospitality project.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure service excellence
• Coordinate and support the lodge team (reception, restaurant, housekeeping)
• Manage guest relations and handle requests with professionalism
• Monitor occupancy, budgeting, and cost control in coordination with the Head Office
• Oversee suppliers, maintenance, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or lodge management (preferably in Switzerland)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English (German or French is a plus)
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, seasonal environment
• Passion for nature, hospitality, and guest care
