What you achieve:
- Verification and calculation of the daily allowance entitlement (individual daily allowance) or the capital entitlement for disability or death in case of accident
- Conducting clarifications with insured persons, service providers or other insurances
- Medical clarifications and derivation of further measures
- Answering oral and written inquiries in French and German
