Senior Consultant Head of Anaesthesiology (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF220,000 - 260,000Role:
In this senior consultant leadership role in anaesthesiology, you take on a great deal of personal responsibility and actively shape the working day with genuine decision-making scope. You benefit from a predictable daily operation without night, weekend, or public holiday duties, and thus regularly enjoy free weekends. Responsibilities:
- You independently perform anaesthesia in the outpatient sector.
- You care for patients pre-, intra-, and postoperatively with high professional competence.
- In this role, you take responsibility within the team and actively develop it further.
- You act as a contact person for our partners on site and ensure smooth collaboration.
- As senior consultant head of anaesthesiology, you represent the medical management and help shape processes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Specialist title in anaesthesiology (FMH or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of clinical experience and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong interest in leadership tasks, regardless of previous leadership experience
- Enjoyment of a varied working day with assignments at different locations
- Clear and appreciative communication, high reliability, and professional appearance
