Job Description
Together with your hospitality talents, you enrich the stay of our guests. In addition to coordinating and leading the bar team, you will take care of:
- Attending to and advising guests in the Motel One Lounge as well as all related tasks
- Co-responsibility for achieving the sales budget in the Motel One Lounge
- Ensuring a smooth and swift service process
- Co-responsibility for conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning training sessions to further develop bar staff
- Ordering food, drinks, and spirits for the bar as well as conducting inventories at the end of the month
Qualifications
Whether as a hotel professional or career changer – you fit with us! Because personality and hospitality qualities come first with us! You are also characterised by:
- Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry or interest in a career change
- Enjoyment in developing employees – ideally some leadership experience
- Open, communicative manner as well as hospitality qualities and passion for the hotel industry
- Flexibility and creativity as well as a high awareness of quality even in stressful situations
- Team spirit and willingness to support across departments – we achieve our successes together
In Germany, we pay according to the applicable collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry of the respective federal state, in Austria according to the applicable collective agreement for all employees in the hotel and catering industry, and in Switzerland according to the L-GAV (National Collective Labour Agreement for the Hospitality Industry).
For full-time positions, the stated salary range applies gross per month, plus variable remuneration components and benefits. The specific starting salary within this range is based on objective criteria, especially professional experience and qualifications.
