To further expand our International / Incoming team, we are looking for a motivated, humorous, and positively minded team player personality.
What to expect
- Management of the international incoming customer portfolio within the team
- Telephone and written contact with customers, Marsh network, and insurers
- Coordination of claims
- Coordination, processing, and implementation of local insurance solutions within the framework of global insurance programs
What you bring
- Commercial training with appropriate further education in the insurance sector
- Solid knowledge in the areas of property, liability, transport, or personal insurance
- Several years of experience in advising corporate clients at a primary insurer or broker desired
- German as a native language and fluent English skills
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with a confident, professional appearance combined with an analytical and networked way of thinking
