An established industrial company is seeking to strengthen its purchasing team with an experienced specialist in the technical procurement field. The role includes the procurement of technical components, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to the optimisation of procurement processes. We are looking for a reliable and committed individual with technical understanding, negotiation skills, and an independent working style who actively contributes to the company’s success.
- Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price and terms negotiations with suppliers
- Maintenance of article and supplier master data in the ERP system as well as handling operational purchasing processes
- Identification of savings potential in the procurement process and consistent implementation of corresponding measures
- Support in the international shipping process including provision of the required documentation and paperwork
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing expected
- Knowledge in toolmaking is advantageous
- Very good MS Office and ERP system knowledge necessary
- Negotiation skills and independent working style are prerequisites

Responsibilities
- Procurement of production materials as well as standardised norm components based on parts lists, including precision-machined milled parts- Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price and terms negotiations with suppliers
- Maintenance of article and supplier master data in the ERP system as well as handling operational purchasing processes
- Identification of savings potential in the procurement process and consistent implementation of corresponding measures
- Support in the international shipping process including provision of the required documentation and paperwork
Profile
- Technical basic training with further education in purchasing required- Several years of professional experience in purchasing expected
- Knowledge in toolmaking is advantageous
- Very good MS Office and ERP system knowledge necessary
- Negotiation skills and independent working style are prerequisites
