? Your Tasks
- Together with qualified nursing professionals HF/FH, you care for an assigned group of patients in a nursing tandem and actively shape the care process.
- You apply your professional skills responsibly and independently.
- Through close collaboration with various professional groups and specialists, you contribute to professional, safe, and patient-centred care.
- You accompany trainees and interns in their daily work and gladly share your knowledge.
- With organisational and logistical tasks, you support a smooth ward routine.
? Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Care Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment in learning new things and continuous professional development
- Interest in complex medical conditions, diverse medical technology, and varied care situations
- Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in working within an interprofessional team
- Appreciative and respectful communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues
