Your Impact
- You support our national and international corporate clients and pension funds in the field of occupational pensions. In your role, you are responsible for client projects in collaboration with the team.
- You address key concerns by understanding the needs of clients, analyzing their compensation strategy and pension plans, and helping them achieve optimal results for employees.
- You accompany and support transformation projects of our clients related to Swiss pension funds/plans, prepare reports, communication materials, and lead meetings.
- You will be involved in business development activities, including delivering presentations within our internal network and at external events.
- You have the opportunity to participate in further education and training, including in the areas of client and project management, coaching, and selected specialist topics.
- Options: Depending on expertise and interest, you engage in technical areas such as performing actuarial valuations according to IFRS or US GAAP, technical analyses, calculations of pension benefits and possible change impacts, benchmarking of benefits, or tool development.
Your Skill Set
- A completed degree in business, finance, insurance, or law is preferred. Additional qualifications in the pension field, such as a diploma as a pension fund expert or a social insurance specialist certificate, are advantageous.
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of legal frameworks, regulations, and current market practice.
- Proven ability to independently lead and successfully manage client relationships, projects, and teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Power BI. Experience in programming, data analysis, or with visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
- Willingness to explore opportunities outside the main area and learn new things.
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience in social and personal insurance and a solid understanding of health insurance.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards and the accounting of employee benefit plans.
