Your new tasks
- Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the kitchen studio team
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets in the kitchen studio you are responsible for
- Responsibility for attractive product presentation in the kitchen studio
- Competent advice and enthusiasm for customers in our modern pfister kitchen studios
- Inspiring customers with our attractive and diverse range
- Planning and selling dream kitchens to our customers using the Carat planning tool
- Responsible for creating and processing from the offer to the purchase contract
- Continuous development of the sales staff in the kitchen studio
- Regular exchange with the store manager and other branch managers
- Ongoing communication with the teams in kitchen logistics and after-sales to ensure smooth order processing
You bring with you
- Enjoyment in customer-focused consulting
- Experience in kitchen sales or kitchen assembly
- Very good spatial imagination and creativity
- Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, space planning) is an advantage
- Experience in leading a team of 2-3 people
- Craftsman training
- Quick comprehension and solution-oriented action
